Our Remote only fits for the control box made by Richmat, with the model number HJK25. Please ensure that your old remote is identical to this one. This Remote only fits the Richmat control box HJK25 (check your control box's number first).
Before using, please confirm that you can pair the remote. Refer to the manual for your bed base for the pairing method. The pairing method is as follows:
Step 1: Ensure the remote batteries are functioning. Replace if necessary. Step 2: Ensure the power cord is plugged into a powered source. Step 3: Press and hold the HEAD down and FOOT UP buttons simultaneously. Then ALSO press and hold the blue button on the control box cord until you hear 2 beeps. The remote is now paired.
